Hello! My name is Kaytlyn Carter and I am a licensed mental health counselor with supervision endorsement in the state of Ohio. At Heart-Mind Alchemy Counseling, I utilize a holistic approach, which means I take not only mental health into consideration, but occupational, physical, spiritual, social, intellectual, and other facets of health as well. Your wellbeing is an interconnected system, and holistic counseling honors this complexity. I believe this approach allows people the opportunity to heal and grow wholly and authentically. To me, the deepest levels of healing is a discovery of or return to authenticity. Overall, my approach is personable, deep, knowledgeable, client-centered, creative, and custom tailored to your individuality. Counseling with me aims to be the antithesis of disconnected, stuffy clinical settings and a remedy for the fragmentation of the modern world. I will laugh with you, I will cry with you, I will be honest with you, I will respect you. I am a fierce humanitarian and advocate, ready to speak up for your safety, needs, heart, and soul. Heart-Mind Alchemy Counseling is currently a self-pay practice. This is intentional to provide the highest quality services, reduce the restrictions and control insurance companies implement, and preserve the integrity of the counseling process. However, I do accept HSA/FSA cards and can provide superbills upon request.
